Communication Portal

Good communication is at the core of all successful sports management programs. Lack of communication or misinterpreted communications cause the most angst when it comes to co-ordinating the sports program. One incorrect venue listing, a bus turning up at the wrong time or players not showing can quickly throw a well organised round into chaos.

Multiple communication channels

Β

Multiple communication channels means that with sportsmeister.com.au on board, all stakeholders including administrators, co-ordinators, coaches, referees, officials, parents and player/athletes have the latest information, times and venues in their hands as soon as any changes are made. Should these last minute venue changes beΒ  due to weather, transportation incidents, official replacement or forcedΒ  team changes due to illness, they can be communicated quickly to all parties via the sportsmeister.com.au portal immediately. The websiteΒ  updates all pages in real time and there are no large databases to update or extract to keep everything co-ordinated.

Desktop Chat

When enabled by admin, desktop chat is sports-meister’s integrated real time notification portal. If you need to ask a quick question, find out the final score , who scored all the points or quickly get some details regarding a game simply contact the coach or players directly via our in built notification system system.

The system can also be setup to log chats between players and is a great way to keep an eye on team moral, player conversations, and other curly interactions between players, team mates and officials.
